Change of Schedule

Do you have a trip, important family gathering or event coming up? If so, please inform us if this will have an effect on your child’s schedule.In order to reduce or change the hours,Sunflower must be notified one month in advance.
Please download our Change of Schedule Form print, fill it out and submit it to the office where your child is currently enrolled. Also you can email it to us.
